A Story About Passion, Tradition, and Innovation: Vow for Smokers

From Montreal to the Heart of Tunisia: A Journey of Discovery
My story begins in the bustling city of Montreal, Canada, where I was immersed in the world of economics (2011-2013). While delving into the world of finance, another interest began to bloom: the burgeoning cannabis culture. However, something else tugged at my heart – the absence of the majestic olive trees, a cornerstone of my Tunisian heritage.

Family, History, and the Legacy of the Olive

Family has always been my anchor. Returning to Tunisia was never a question – I craved to be close to my loved ones and support them in any way I could. But Tunisia is more than just family; it's a land steeped in over 5,000 years of rich history. And for centuries, the olive tree has been an integral part of this tapestry. From the large-scale plantations spearheaded by Habib Bourguiba to our current position as a world-renowned producer of exquisite olive oil, the olive tree's legacy runs deep.
A Tradition Reimagined: Transforming Branches into Sustainable Beauty
Tunisian tradition holds the wisdom of using pruned olive branches for crafting natural, antibacterial kitchen utensils. It's a practice I deeply admire, and this respect for the olive tree fueled my entrepreneurial spirit.
From Toothbrushes to Top Sellers: A Passion for Innovation
Innovation is in my blood. I started by venturing into uncharted territory, creating an olive wood toothbrush, a vaporizer fragrance, and even toys for children. But my heart led me to the smoking accessories industry, specifically to North America.
Bridging the Gap: Quality, Design, and Sustainable Luxury
The growing American interest in handcrafted goods resonated with me. However, I noticed a gap in the market. While some companies offered olive wood smoking accessories, concerns about availability, quality, and design lingered. This gap became my opportunity.

The Art of Craft: A Labor of Love

Working with olive wood is no easy feat. It's one of the hardest materials around, and requires a deep respect for its nature. The process begins with meticulously cutting the wood into blocks, followed by a three-week "watershed" period using salt and water. This dedication to the craft ensures the wood's longevity and beauty.

A Growing Team: Embracing Tunisian Artisanship

While I started this journey solo, I'm fortunate to have a growing team of skilled artisans by my side. Tunisia is overflowing with talent, and together, we're equipped to meet the demands of the vast American market.
Building Partnerships: Reaching Smokers Across North America
Today, I'm proud to collaborate with three incredible partners in the US – a distributor, a retailer, and a small business (Day 1 Distro, Cloud Commons, and Pro420). Our products are also available on the B2B marketplace One Wholesale in Toronto, and through  various dropshippers.

Vow for Smokers: A Commitment to Quality and Legacy

Vow for Smokers is more than just a brand; it's a promise. We offer exquisite, handcrafted smoking accessories made from sustainable olive wood, combining the rich heritage of Tunisia with innovative design. We're passionate about providing North American smokers with not just a product, but an experience – a connection to tradition and the enduring beauty of the olive tree.
